Use of the jiliq platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account or using any service on the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Online gaming and sports betting involve real-money stakes, and participation by minors is prohibited without exception. jiliq takes the protection of underage individuals seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents from any user at any point during the registration or ongoing use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in immediate account suspension pending further review.

Any such conduct will be investigated, and jiliq reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, reversal of transactions, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Users are also prohibited from using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in ways not intended for ordinary human use. Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform without written authorization is likewise forbidden. You agree to treat other users and platform staff with respect in any communication channels made available through the platform, and any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening language will not be tolerated. It is your responsibility to ensure that all funds used to make deposits on the platform originate from legitimate personal sources and are not derived from any illegal activity. jiliq may conduct checks at any time to verify the source of funds and is entitled to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of such checks.

All financial transactions on jiliq are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through established payment channels that are accessible to players in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, and major local bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. jiliq reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, address, and source of funds before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or in cases where the account activity is flagged for review. Winnings that are the result of fraudulent activity, exploitation of software errors, or any other breach of these terms will not be honoured and may be reversed without notice. jiliq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation during registration, abuse of platform features, or any conduct that jiliq deems harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, the affected user will be notified by email and provided with an opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is required to prevent further harm or loss. Balances held in a suspended account will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation.

Users who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method, subject to the standard verification procedures and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Accounts that have been permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms may not be entitled to a refund of deposited funds where those funds are directly linked to the breaching activity. Users who have been permanently banned from the platform are not permitted to re-register, and any attempt to do so will be treated as a further violation of these terms.

The jiliq platform may from time to time reference or facilitate access to third-party services, including payment processors, game content providers, and other technology partners. jiliq does not control the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or compliance with applicable law. Any interaction you have with a third-party service through or in connection with the jiliq platform is subject to that third party's own terms and conditions and privacy policy, which you should review independently before proceeding.

jiliq's inclusion of or reference to any third-party service does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of that service. You acknowledge and agree that jiliq shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party service accessed in connection with the platform. Where payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, jiliq will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security and reliability of that provider, but cannot guarantee the performance or uptime of services that are outside its direct control. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

jiliq operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and electronic commerce. Where any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
